Sweet Easter with a choco bunny

~Keep Calm and Make It to Spring Break!~

Hey everyone!

My spring break is done and now I am back to school (yeah!...). So today I am going to tell you what I did during the whole break.

During the spring break, we had such an awesome weather, so my host sis and I just tried to enjoy it as much as we could, riding the bikes, walking our dogs several times, and if it was a little chilly outside, we would do some exercise at home.

On Wednesday, we went with our lovely neighbor to the Bronx Zoo. The Bronx Zoo is really famous all around the world for being a really big zoo, and, to be honest, it IS big.

We spent the afternoon there and it was awesome! There were a lot of different types of birds, mammals, Asian animals, African animals, etc. When I was there, I could not stop thinking that I was enjoying it like if I was a little kid.

After walking almost 4 hours, with a 20 minutes break for lunch, we decided that it was time to come back home. So we did it! And once we were back, I made some smoothies and drank it outside, while I was trying to get tan (It is now when I realize that being soo white and pale is not good...), but it is okay.

And suddenly, the weekend came. I spent the Friday and Saturday watching movies with my family, and I also found time to work out a little bit.

And Sunday Easter came! Unfortunately, the Easter bunny did not bring me any chocolate, but it was not a big deal, because there was going to take place a really big dinner with a lot of desserts.

I got to wake up early, because I was going to church for the Easter Mess. It was the first time that I went to church during Easter, and I have to say that I liked it. The church was decorated with different kinds of flowers, all white and pink. People wore dresses, matching with the colors of the flowers.

Once we were back from church, we set the table and finished dinner. And an hour later, I was having a delicious dinner with my host family and neighbor. 

And school started again... But spring was here! And I got the chance to see all the flowering trees in the yard, (by the way, because of the strong wind and rain that we had, there are no more flowers)

And something new! Now I am trying to enjoy as much as I can of the good weather, so in that way, I can get fit after a lazy and relaxed winter.

The first week of school after the break was as awesome as always. Here there are some pictures of me and some with my friends.
